Specific areas of development in Southern California include West Los Angeles, Westwood, Brentwood, Beverly Hills, Palms, Mar Vista and Santa Monica. Specific areas of development in Orange County include Costa Mesa, City of Orange, Tustin and Anaheim. Specific areas of development in Idaho include Sun Valley, Ketchum, Hailey and Teton Valley. Specific areas of development in Costa Rica include Playa Samara and Tamarindo.

Lido Equities Group is the General and Managing partner of over 70 real estate partnerships and seven current resort and condominium developments. Over the last seventeen years we have obtained new financing through several different lending institutions in the amount of approximately$135,000,000 and have a current portfolio of properties and land developments with an estimated value over $250,000,000. We form a separate limited partnership for each property we purchase or develop of which Lido Equities Group is the General and Managing partner. Darrin Klotz and J. Edward Smith formed Lido Equities Group in 1990 for the purpose of acquiring and developing investment real estate and since that time have established an exceptional track record and reputation in the real estate community.

J. Edward Smith attended the University of Denver where he studied real estate finance/development and has been involved in real estate investments, development and management of income property for over twenty years.

Darrin Klotz is a UCLA graduate, a licensed California Real Estate Broker and has been involved in multi-family investments for seventeen years.
